Goodman Production is currently looking to expand due to increased demand from its clients. Based in its Liverpool City Centre Office, we are looking to recruit a talented individual for one of the following roles:

  • Trainee Conference Producer
  • Senior Conference Producer (previous production experience required)
  • Head of Speaker Management

These roles are open to graduates with or without conference experience and are available on either a full or part time basis.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A desire to work in Liverpool, European Capital of Culture in 2008
  • Proven intellectual, analytical, creative and written capabilities
  • A degree (preference given to graduates of Marketing, Business or Events)
  • A good general knowledge of business and how it works
  • Commerical experience, either in editorial, research, marketing or sales
  • Self aware qualities with a mature attitude to work - we want committed people who realise that hard work is the key to success
  • An outgoing, tenacious personality with excellent social skills
  • A proven ability to think analytically/logically but also creatively and laterally
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A self-starter and a quick learner willing to work independently to tight deadlines
  • A high-energy personality with plenty of fresh ideas and positive spirit
